Opaline  is offering a très romantique Dîner de la Saint-Valentin on Friday, February 11 and Saturday, February 12 and Monday, February 14 from 4pm until 8:30pm. The three-course French dinner, designed to bring out the romance in all who dine the French Way this Valentine’s weekend, begins with an amuse-bouche.


Guest will choose one appetizer, one entrée and a dessert from the menu:


AMUSE BOUCHE

noix de saint-jacques
scallop, lemon beurre blanc, tomato concassé


APPETIZER

crêpe à l’estragon
mushrooms, chicken, tarragon cream sauce

soupe de palourdes
clams, potato chips, fine herbs


ENTREE

bar à la poêle
sea bass, chanterelle mushrooms, jumbo asparagus, trout caviar cream sauce 

risotto de truffe noir
truffle mushrooms, parmesan tuiles 

10oz ny steak
potatoes gratinées, glaze baby carrots, green pepper corn sauce


DESSERT

délice au chocolat
chocolate indulgence

lovely layers
raspberry & crème brulée délicatesse


Opaline’s Dîner de la Saint-Valentin is $79 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are highly recommended.
